These terms apply to your use of raseelstoreeg.com and to orders placed with Raseel Store (“Raseel”, “we”, “us”).

Products and images

The website showcases our abaya designs. We do our best to display colours and prints accurately, but small differences may appear between screen images and the finished garment.

Placing an order

Orders are placed by messaging us on Facebook Messenger. An order is confirmed only after we have agreed with you on the design, size, price, delivery details and payment method in that conversation.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability are confirmed with you at the time of ordering. We may decline or cancel an order if a design or size becomes unavailable, in which case any amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery timing and fees are confirmed with you before the order is finalised. Please make sure the address and phone number you give us are correct.

Exchanges and returns

If there is a problem with your order, contact us on Messenger as soon as you receive it and we will work with you to resolve it according to the exchange and return terms agreed when ordering.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, logos and content on this website belong to Raseel Store and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
